Thank you to our community for supporting the ongoing improvements across Gervais schools. Here is a November update on the work that took place this month.

Middle School Expansion
The final aggregate pier has been installed, marking a major milestone in the middle school addition. These structural piers were completed with careful coordination by engineers, contractors, and onsite teams. With this step complete, the project now moves toward securing the official building permit so construction can continue. Elementary School
The Bid Package for the Elementary School project will be advertised on December 3, 2025, with bids due January 8, 2026.
High School
• The early work package for the new gym HVAC has been bid, and work will begin over winter break.
• The remaining high school improvements will be advertised on January 7, 2026, with bids due February 3, 2026.
Reader Board & Signage Project
This project is entering its final phase and is currently awaiting permit approval. Once finalized, installation will move quickly and bring brighter, energy-efficient LED communication and updated signage that reflects Gervais community pride.
Looking Ahead
• Elementary: Prepare for the Summer 2026 Bid Package
• Middle: Receive building permit and continue construction
• High: Begin gym heating and cooling system updates over the holiday break
