In October, students in 6th, 8th and 11th grade will be provided with the opportunity to participate in an anonymous online survey. The “Student Health Survey” is a voluntary survey students participate in that helps school districts, parents and other stakeholders understand what barriers may be preventing students from being able to access their education. Gervais School District students have participated in this survey before and state law requires that all districts now offer students the opportunity to participate. The district will share key takeaways with both the community and the school board and include plans in how to address prevalent concerns and themes in partnership with parents.
A letter to all parents will be sent out by GMS and GHS that will include information about the content of the survey and who to contact with other specific questions.

En octubre, los estudiantes de 6.º, 8.º y 11.º grado tendrán la oportunidad de participar en una encuesta anónima en línea.
