Dear Families,
Due to the recent E.coli outbreak that is possibly linked to romaine lettuce, the Gervais School District has suspended the use of romaine lettuce until the source is verified. While the product we use from California does not appear to be part of the outbreak, we will be suspending the use of all romaine lettuce until the public health authorities confirm there is no risk to our students and staff.
