Immerse yourself in the Latin heritage through dance and food with Gervais High School’s Aguilas de Oro. We aim to spread the vivid and lively culture to our school and community. Within the past school year, you might have seen us in the annual Gervais Winter Festival performing a Machete Dance to Mariachi Vargas de Tecalitlan. We have also participated in the GHS Winter Arts Night by dancing and promoting our club by raising money through our homemade snacks. Around the corner we have Latino Night! An opportunity to witness and volunteer our work. Performing isn’t the only way to be a part of Aguilas de Oro. You can learn to prepare chicharones and cotton candy, create posters to advertise/decorate for events, or photograph special moments for the Aguilas de Oro Instagram page.
